This layout needs a new home! This is a project layout I've had for some time that I originally intended to build for myself. Due to the fact I'm constantly building other layouts for people I figured I would see if anyone has interest in finishing one on their own. It is 4' x 5' with a single over-and-under mainline w/ 9 sidings. 3 are meant for a yard and 1 for engine service. Includes 4 remote switches on the mainline & 5 manual switches with ground throws. Sidings have blocks & feeder wires but nothing has been wired. Track sits on cork roadbed & has been weathered. Table is 1/4" plywood w/ 1/2" homasote & 1x4 framing. I am selling this one of 3 ways. As is with no buildings for $400, as is with around 25 buildings & junkyard accessories as shown in the photos for $800 or completely finished w/ wiring, scenery & details for around $3500. For the finished layout I do require a deposit as this is not something I would finish otherwise. A nice layout ready to go w/ a little work. Please inquire!
